Thierry QUENTIN has worked for more than 20 years in companies. He began his career as in house counsel specializing in international contracts for French construction companies operating internationally (SGE – SOGEA, GTM) before becoming the legal and tax director of a French company operating in the offshore oil and gas sector, ETPM.
Thierry QUENTIN then joined an English law firm for 6 years, during which time he created and developed a portfolio of advising services to companies in corporate law, complex project structuring and international contract law before becoming a managing partner of a French law firm.
In 2008, he became managing partner of QUENTIN & AVOCATS, which became part of the EXPONENS GROUP in January 2021, giving birth to EXPONENS AVOCATS.

Thierry QUENTIN has taught International Business Law for over 18 years as Associate Professor at the, University of Tours, as well as for 6 years at the Ecole Supérieure du Commerce Extérieur of Hanoi, Vietnam.
Thierry QUENTIN is also a member of the International Contracts Working Group (GTCI).
