Karine GUILLERM has worked for more than 20 years in companies as in-house counsel. After starting her career with credit institutions (CGI & IVECO FINANCE) and a rental company as in-house counsel , she decided to join the real estate sector in 2006.
She worked as a senior in-house counsel for two real estate companies (Compagnie La Lucette, a subsidiary of the Morgan Stanley group, and Icade, a subsidiary of the Caisse des Dépôts group) before joining a property developer (Nexity) as legal counsel for corporate law and financing, where she was involved in complex real estate co-development and fund-raising operations.
In 2020, she was admitted to the Bar and joined EXPONENS AVOCATS.
